Mary, Divine Mom

Note re Mary, Divine Mom:

As a young Catholic girl, I often thought of Mother Mary when I played in the backyard. We had wild grapevines growing up one of the clothesline poles and trailing down some of the clothesline wires. It reminded me of the prayer which starts, "Hail Mary, full of grapes . . . " I did eventually learn that it was grace, not grapes, to which the prayer referred--but in my defense, the prayer does go on to talk about the FRUIT of her womb!
