Free Healing Exercise
Healing Exercise directions: You can use the column of plants below to balance your own chakras, or energy centers. It is recommended you start with number 1 at the bottom & work your way up to number 7 at the top. Bring your attention to the area of your body where each chakra is located (placing your hand there if you choose). Focus on the photo of the correlated plant photo (i.e., first chakra correlates with the red geranium) and invite the essence or energy of the 1st plant to be present in your 1st chakra and/or in your hand placed over your 1st chakra. Hold your awareness on this chakra until you feel the energy shift and then calm; or if you don’t feel anything, focus on each area for approximately one minute. Move on to the 2nd chakra location and the 2nd chakra photo. Continue with all chakras. |
