“Wouldn't it be cool if there was a Dear Abby to provide answers by incorporating intuition and energy healing?” A few hours after this thought crossed my mind, “Dear Grace” was born. You are invited to email “Grace” with your questions or healing needs. You might have a pain or unusual physical symptom that hasn’t been relieved by the methods you’ve tried so far. Or you might have had a similar experience with anxiety. The questions addressed in this column will be chosen intuitively, with the intention of answering those with the greatest benefit for the most readers. Energy Self-Care Tip
“After using pink yarrow, I noticed that I didn’t tense up so much before my chiropractic adjustments. They felt less invasive to me,” a client recently shared.
Yarrow flower essence and pink yarrow flower essence are often useful for people who are highly sensitive to the energies around them. These essences strengthen the energy field, giving the person a bigger sense of personal space.
If you wonder whether one of these essences is a match for the needs of your energy system, I am happy to do a free “read” of your energy field. The essences are available from food co-ops, Present Moment in Minneapolis, or online. I also sell the essences, in conjunction with healing sessions or classes, but do not mail them.
And a note to those of you who have seen me for an appointment: established clients may schedule a shorter healing session, to be completed during a phone or email connection. The rate for this form of distance healing is $1.50/minute. Clients are amazed at the high benefit of these mini tune-ups.
