Winter 2009-2010 Newsletter

Recently, in our Soulful Living group in Hudson, I was privileged to hear about the spiritual histories of the 8 women in the group. I felt honored to witness the variety of paths to the Divine. I am sure you have your spiritual story, too, and I am visualizing an infusion of light to support you on your path.

In the same group, we practiced hara alignment. Each of us has a hara line which matches our intentions and life purpose. We can strengthen this deep line of energy by clarifying our life purpose. Or we can make repairs and adjustments to our hara line to establish more ease in living our purpose. Behaviors that don’t serve us or the world often begin to fall away when hara line work has been done.

If it feels like a fit for you, I invite you to schedule an appointment for your own hara line tune-up.

Energy Self-Care Tip

Attention!

You may or may not be aware of the activities that drain your energy. What are the activities that feed your energy? See if you can list 3 of them. Three of mine: spending time with people who get ALL the aspects of my being; playing with fabric; stretching on the exercise ball.

You may or may not be aware of the people that drain your energy. Who are the people that feed your energy? Have you spent time with any of them in the past week? Are they on your calendar in the coming week?

Sometimes it’s useful to focus on changing your patterns with those activities or relationships that drain you. Sometimes it works better to focus on increasing that which brings you energy first.

Where do you choose to invest your Self today?
