Experience Intuitive Healing

Intuitive Healing is effective for pain relief; relief from sinus and allergy symptoms, headaches, muscle and joint problems; relaxation; and guidance in life situations. Intuitive Healing is also effective for removing blockages to achieving goals. Sample goals might be:

• achieving yoga postures with ease
• identifying market niches and ways to attract your ideal clients
• replacing symptoms of depression with improved mood, concentration, and motivation
• learning with ease
• overcoming patterns of anxiety

In this Intuitive Healing Experience, you will have the opportunity to experience and observe the inter-relationship of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of being human. All healing takes place in the group setting.

Caring for your Energy Field

(this one-session class is offered in 2 locations)

Human beings have both a physical body and an energy field (sometimes called the aura). In this session, you will learn about the energy field and experience exercises to clear and strengthen your energy field.

Have trouble making decisions? Wondering about YOUR life purpose? Wanting to release old patterns? What if YOU have all the answers you need? In this experiential class, you will:

• Find your intuitive voice
• Identify your current intuition “style”
• Learn to care for your energy field
• Address your specific situations with the help of your classmates
• Learn self-care for emotional sensitivity
• Apply your intuitive skills to your daily life

Heart Lessons

This series of 6 individual 45-minute appointments is for those of you who would like to learn to support your heart chakra. These are not healing sessions but 1:1 training sessions.

The heart chakra (or energy center) is key in supporting us on many levels. Learning to nourish our heart chakra energy can help us with:

• Relationships: Our ability to receive love and experience joy is inhibited or supported by the state of our heart chakra. Forgiveness issues and grief processes can be addressed on an energy level to smooth the way.
• Spiritually: Our spirituality blossoms when we can connect our physical experience with our exploration of the Divine.
• Physically: Our heart chakra feeds our physical heart, our lungs, our breasts, and our immune system.

In this series, you will learn about the human energy system, the role of the heart chakra, and new tools for supporting this chakra.

HeartLessons is ideal for anyone who wishes to live or enhance a more heart-centered life.

Payments may be made in 2 or 3 installments if you prefer not to pay the whole amount at the first lesson. ChakraCare: Root Chakra

This class is the first of the 2009 ChakraCare series, which provide a deepening of the intuition development process begun in the prerequisite class, Inquire Within. This highly experiential class will include guided exercises to access information about YOUR root chakra, visual art, journaling activities, written handouts, and group support in a safe setting. This class is a requirement for future chakra classes.
